The Arabica Ivory

It starts where all good coffee should, on the estate. Grown entirely in Chikmagalur, this 100% Speciality Arabica goes through two separate drying methods, each handled with care. The washed beans have their pulp removed before drying, producing a cup that's clean, bright and defined. The naturally processed beans are dried whole, with the cherry still intact, allowing the bean to absorb the natural sugars over time, which shows up in the cup as a deep fruitiness and full body. 

The end result is a coffee that carries both clarity and complexity in the same breath.
