Vanadri Return and Refund Policy

At Vanadri, our single-origin coffee is roasted and packed with the utmost care to ensure you receive the freshest cup possible. Because coffee is a perishable product, our return and cancellation policies are structured to maintain strict quality and food safety standards.

Order Cancellations

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible. Cancellations for coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the coffee is roasted and processed—whichever comes first. Once an order has been roasted or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

Our general return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your coffee must be UNOPENED and in its original, sealed packaging.

Please note: If a coffee packet has been opened, we cannot accept a return or refund request under any circumstances. Opened coffee cannot be reused or resold due to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your coffee is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item (e.g., wrong grind size or roast), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Quality issues or damaged items reported after 48 hours will not be entertained.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a return or report an issue, please email us at support.vanadri@gmail.com with the following details to avoid any delays in the process:

  1. Name of customer

  2. Date of purchase & Order Number

  3. Details of items purchased

  4. Contact details (address and phone number)

  5. Reason for the return (Please attach photos if the package is damaged or the wrong item was sent)

Our Operations team may contact you on the phone number shared during checkout to clarify any details. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vanadri Estate, G.Hanumanahalli, G.Hoshalli Post, Gonibeedu, Mudigere, Chikmagalur - 577132. Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a transit defect or an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened coffee packets.

  • Customized orders (such as special personalized blends).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Because we deal exclusively in perishable coffee, we do not process standard exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will replace it with the correct shipment. If you simply wish to try a different coffee, you will need to return the unopened package (if eligible) and make a separate purchase.
