Vanadri Shipping Policy
At Vanadri, we believe that great coffee is fresh coffee. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your single-origin coffee reaches you at peak flavor, quickly and securely.
1. Processing and Dispatch Timelines

Roast & Pack to Order: To guarantee maximum freshness, our coffee is packed to order.

Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with a network of trusted, premier national courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Amazon Shipping, etc.) to manage our nationwide logistics. This allows us to automatically assign your package to the fastest and most reliable courier service for your specific pin code.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from the facility in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. Once dispatched, standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Within Karnataka: 1 to 3 business days.

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 cities): 5 to 7 business days.

Remote Locations (North East, J&K, etc.): 7 to 10 business days.
Please note: These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, regional logistical constraints, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to all orders below ₹499.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes. A flat handling charge of ₹20 applies to all COD orders, regardless of the order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking link and AWB (Airway Bill) number. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three (3) times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us.

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the coffee minus the forward and return shipping charges incurred.

Please ensure your phone number and pin code are completely accurate at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly torn, crushed, or damaged, please refuse the delivery directly from the courier agent and contact us immediately at support.vanadri@gmail.com. If you have already accepted the package and find the internal contents damaged, please send us an email with photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement.
