This website is operated by Vanadri. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Vanadri” refer to the Vanadri brand, operating out of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. Vanadri offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you create an account on our website, you are legally and financially responsible for all uses of this website under your username and password. You must provide authentic, true, and accurate information during registration and checkout. We reserve the right to reject registration or cancel orders if details are found to be false.

Section 3 - Personal Consumption & Anti-Resale

All products, materials, and coffee sold by Vanadri on this website are intended solely for your personal use and consumption. They shall not be resold to any other person or business for commercial gain. Items cannot be bought for wholesale or resale without prior written contact and a formal B2B wholesale agreement with Vanadri. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect are placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Section 4 - Agricultural Product Disclaimer

Vanadri specializes in single-origin specialty coffee. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that coffee is an agricultural crop. As such, natural variations in bean size, density, and slight shifts in flavor profiles or tasting notes can occur from harvest to harvest, or batch to batch. These natural agricultural variations do not constitute a "defect" or "fault" in the product. Furthermore, we make every effort to display the colors and packaging of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be completely accurate.

Section 5 - Pricing and Accuracy of Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without advance notice. All products listed on the website will be sold at Maximum Retail Price (MRP) unless otherwise specified. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry may occur. Vanadri reserves the right to cancel an order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was incorrect. In such rare events, a full refund will be initiated. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Section 6 - Logistics, Shipping, and Delivery Liability

We rely on third-party courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, etc.) to deliver our coffee nationwide. a. Delays: Once a package is handed over to the courier, Vanadri has limited control over the exact delivery time. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, localized logistical constraints, or public holidays. b. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided at checkout are completely accurate. In the event that a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to a mistake by you (e.g., incorrect address or no response on the contact number), Vanadri is not responsible for issuing a refund or free replacement.

Section 7 - Returns and Cancellations

Our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed strictly by our dedicated Return and Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that because roasted coffee is a perishable consumable, all opened coffee packets are strictly non-returnable.

Section 8 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (including the Vanadri trademark, brand name, and design assets) or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code; (e) to spam, phish, pharm, or scrape the website.

Section 9 - Limitation of Liability

The Vanadri website and all contents are provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Vanadri, our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 10 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vanadri and our partners, officers, employees, and logistics providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

Section 11 - Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 12 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka.

Section 13 - Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
